O Museu de Arte Contemporânea Migros (em alemão: Migros Museum für Gegenwartskunst ) é um museu de arte contemporânea em Zurique , na Suíça. O museu foi fundado em 1996. É o sucessor da Halle für Internationale neue Kunst, que existiu de 1978 a 1981. Recebe financiamento da sociedade cooperativa Migros , que dedica 1% dos ganhos, a chamada Kulturprozent à cultura. O museu foi reformado entre 2010 e 2012 e reaberto em 31 de agosto de 2012 com a primeira exposição individual suíça de Ragnar Kjartansson . O museu possui dois andares com uma área total de aproximadamente 1300 m 2 . Um andar é usado para exibir a coleção, o outro é usado para exposições temporárias. A coleção contém mais de 1300 obras de 700 artistas.
The Migros Museum of Contemporary Art (German: Migros Museum für Gegenwartskunst) is a museum for contemporary art in Zürich, Switzerland. The museum was founded in 1996 . It is the successor to the Halle für Internationale neue Kunst, which existed from 1978 until 1981. It receives financing from the cooperative society Migros, which dedicates 1% of earnings, the so-called Kulturprozent to culture. The museum was renovated between 2010 and 2012 and reopened on August 31, 2012 with the first Swiss solo exhibition by Ragnar Kjartansson. The museum has two floors with a total area of approximately 1300 m2. One floor is used to display the collection, the other is used for temporary exhibitions. The collection contains over 1300 works by 700 artists.
