V&A to open Frida Kahlo exhibition for 48 hours on “Día de los Muertos”

The exposure "Frida Kahlo: Making Her Self Up“, on display at the Victoria and Albert Museum, will have an unusual event in November: the exhibition will be open to the public for 48 hours uninterrupted, during the Mexican celebration of “Diá de los Muertos” (11/02). Artist Humberto Spinolda will build an offering altar dedicated to Kahlo, and DJ sets and workshops will be held throughout the night.
